My Story
Dr Hidayatullah serves as Business Development Manager at Build Solar Ltd, supporting the company’s commercial growth, strategic partnerships and route-to-market activities. He works across the interface of technology development and business engagement, helping translate Build Solar’s research-led solar innovations into commercially relevant propositions for clients, investors, delivery partners and public-sector organisations.
Within Build Solar, Dr Hidayatullah contributes to identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships and supporting funding, tender and project-development activities. He plays an important role in building relationships with industry and supply-chain partners, understanding customer requirements, and shaping opportunities around Build Solar’s portfolio of advanced solar and building-integrated photovoltaic technologies.
Dr Hidayatullah also supports the company’s wider commercialisation strategy, including market development, stakeholder engagement and the preparation of business cases for demonstration and deployment projects. Working closely with Build Solar’s technical and leadership team, he helps ensure that new innovations are developed with a clear understanding of market need, commercial viability and opportunities for scale-up in the UK and international markets.
